1. Objective
The City Top Drivers program aims to highlight, on a monthly basis, certain drivers using the Bolt platform in France, based on ratings provided by passengers.
It showcases various examples of passenger experiences on the platform through drivers who have received the highest number of 5-star ratings ⭐ over a given period.
This program is time-limited: it is organized in 6-month cycles, separated by 2-month pause periods between each cycle. The program terms, including the start and end dates of each cycle, will be subject to clear and prior communication.
2. How does the selection process work?
When does the selection take place? The selection is carried out at the beginning of each month. It is based on trips completed during the previous month.
Example: In February, trips completed in January are analyzed.
What criteria are taken into account? Only trips rated 5 stars are considered.
The ranking is established based on the total number of 5 start trips received during the month.
How many drivers are selected? Each month, 6 drivers are highlighted in France:
- 3 drivers in Paris;
- 3 drivers in the rest of France.
3. What financial incentives are associated?
As part of this program, certain drivers may receive a one-time financial incentive:
- Driver with the highest number of 5 starts trips of the month (France): €200
- 5 other selected drivers: €100 each
A total of 6 winners are selected each month.
These amounts are linked to a platform recognition initiative and may vary depending on periods or regions.
4. Additional initiatives
Additional initiatives may be offered in connection with specific situations or periods, in addition to the monthly financial incentive associated with this program.
Birthday Initiative (+€50) If you are selected as a Top Driver during your birthday month, you will receive an additional €50, on top of the monthly financial incentive provided by the program.
Conditions:
- Be included in the Top Drivers list for the month;
- Be selected during your birthday month.
This financial incentive may be combined with other program rewards.
Consistency Initiative (+€100) If you are selected as a Top Driver for 3 consecutive months, you will receive an additional €100.
This initiative recognizes consistency and sustained service quality over time.
It may also be combined with the monthly financial incentive and the Birthday Initiative.
5. How are the results announced?
Each month:
- An email is sent to all drivers in France announcing the winners.
- It highlights the selected drivers, their number of 5 starts trips, and a comment left by a passenger.
Selected drivers will also receive an individual email confirming the amount of the financial incentive.
6. What if it were you?
Each trip completed via the platform may be subject to a passenger rating.
Each 5 starts rating contributes to bringing you closer to selection.
Drivers remain free to choose when and how they use the platform. These initiatives remain optional and may evolve over time.
