NTSA PSV Badge & Vehicle Inspection Report

All commercial car drivers must acquire a PSV License every year. This confirms that you are a taxi driver.

Once you have a commercial license and a vehicle, the national government inspects the vehicle to ensure it conforms to regulations governing safety and carbon emission.
