OR Tambo new waiting area feature

The Bolt Driver app will display the designated waiting area for ORTIA. You’ll automatically be added to a virtual queue when you enter the waiting area.

The app will show how many cars are in the queue in each ride category, so you’ll know how long to wait. The first driver in the queue receives the next ride request.

Your exact physical location in the waiting area isn’t vital, but you will lose your position in the queue if you:

  • Exit the waiting area and fail to re-enter during a specified time;

  • Go offline;

  • Reject a request.
