How Airport Operations Work
The following rules apply at all Bolt-serviced airports in South Africa. Please read this section carefully before proceeding to your airport's specific pickup and waiting area details.
Receiving Orders :
Stay in the Driver Waiting Area and join the in-app queue. Only proceed to the pick-up & drop-off zone after accepting an order.
At the Pick-up & Drop-off Zone :
You have a 20-minute grace period to complete your pickup. After your trip, return to the Driver Waiting Area or exit — do not loiter. Never pick up or drop off outside the designated zone.
Conduct :
No offline trip negotiations — this breaches Bolt's Terms & Conditions. Follow all instructions from on-site security and airport staff at all times.
