Important information about the Rustenburg pick-up and drop-off areas
Bolt is working hand in hand with Rustenburg Mall management to ensure the safety and convenience of all drivers, riders, and mall customers.
Rustenburg Mall has a new mandatory pick-up and drop-off zone which is now located at mall entrance 3.
This is to improve the efficiency of pick up and drop offs, as per the rules of Rustenburg Mall management
The mall has now been ring-fenced which means you will not be able to receive a trip request if you are online and waiting within the premises.
Please ensure that when picking up and dropping off passengers you do not loiter in the parking area.
Any driver found to be making pickups or drop-offs at entrance 1 or entrance 2 will be at risk of having their driver profile suspended. This includes waiting in the parking lot for trip requests.
Rustenburg Mall is private property and anyone caught not following the above rules will be fined by mall management.
