Important Information for Rustenburg Mall Drivers
Bolt is working closely with Rustenburg Mall management to ensure the safety and convenience of all drivers, riders, and mall customers. Please review the updated rules for pick-up and drop-off at the mall.
Rustenburg Mall has a new mandatory pick-up and drop-off zone at entrance 3.
The mall is now ring-fenced; you cannot receive trip requests if you are online and waiting within the premises.
Do not loiter in the parking area when picking up or dropping off passengers.
Pick-ups or drop-offs at entrance 1 or 2 may result in driver profile suspension.
Waiting in the parking lot for trip requests is not allowed.
Rustenburg Mall is private property; non-compliance may result in fines from mall management.
