Principal Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a Principal Salesforce Business Analyst to support Bolt Food's global Commercial processes and be a key member of the Bolt Food’s Global Merchant management team. The team's mission is to constantly increase our commercial activities and effectiveness by taking ownership of the lead sourcing, commercial analytics and CRM setup for the Global Commercial organisation. To achieve their goals, the team works closely with a diverse set of HQ stakeholders and local teams.

About the role

The Principal Salesforce Business Analyst is accountable for supporting global Account Management, Sales and Merchant onboarding processes, while being a core part of setting the long-term strategy for the function. Your responsibilities will include creation of business processes within existing CRM, analysing gaps in the partner’s journey, supporting complex and detailed commercial analysis, and building a CRM training program for 300 people located in different parts of the world. On top of that you will be leading a series of HQ projects and roadmap directly.

The Global Commercial Enablement team consists of individuals from around the world who work closely together to build and support processes for global teams across the following functions: Sales, Operations, Account Management, and Strategic Partnerships.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Developing a CRM training program for Bolt Food that includes preparing training materials, organising workshops and work in collaboration with trainers from other functions.
Acting as a CRM owner for the Bolt Food’s commercial teams.
Analyse Partner Journey: understand the whole E2E flow, find gaps and understand how to optimise the journey and reduce the amount of manual work within the teams.
Stakeholder management:Align and closely collaborate with other Commercial functions, and HQ and Local teams to understand their requirements (Sales, Merchant Ops, Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, Campaigns, Product, Marketing, Regional teams).
Project planning and management: Lead or collaborate in the core projects of the function, ensuring maximum impact at optimal effort, in a coordination with other Commercial functions.
Work and travel to local markets: as is needed in order to improve both our customers' success globally as well our growth and profitability.
What we expect
About you:
You have 3+ years experience in building commercial processes in CRM Salesforce, preferable Sales Cloud.
You have a good understanding of sales, onboardings and account management cycles, how to optimise these and improve productivity.
You have the ability to take complex processes and data sets, and turn these into actionable insights and create positive change.
You are able to identify strategic opportunities, guide country teams and drive business improvement..
Skilled in defining processes, KPIs, and guidance for teams to follow.
Excellent communication & written skills in English.
