We are looking for a Global Enterprise Strategy & Operations Manager to help shape the future of Bolt Food’s Enterprise business. This role is central to building the playbook for managing our largest and most strategic partners, helping us retain top brands, scale efficiently, and deliver strong portfolio performance across 15+ countries

About the role

The Enterprise Operations Manager is responsible for leading strategic planning, process optimization and strategic investments with our key international partners. This role plays a key part in standardizing processes, driving automation, and aligning regional and local teams to accelerate growth, reduce churn, and enhance profitability.

This position collaborates closely with the Enterprise Leadership, Regional Enterprise Teams, Finance and Business Analytics to ensure that data-driven decision-making, automation, and forecasting tools are effectively leveraged to scale the Enterprise function globally.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Enterprise Portfolio Strategy: Build scalable frameworks to manage our largest accounts - aligning targets, deal planning, and marketing with forecasting models for real-time partner insights and performance tracking.
Automation & Tooling: Build tools to increase local team efficiency, automated external partner MBRs, and reduce manual workload to enable the enterprise function to scale.
Best Practice Enablement: Codify and roll out global playbooks, templates, and operational standards to ensure consistent excellence across Joint Business Planning, campaigns, and reviews.
Partner Support: Collaborate with local teams on strategic initiatives with key enterprise brands - helping retain top partners, prevent churn, and grow long-term value.
Commercial & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Enterprise leadership, Finance, and Product to support pricing, contract renewals, and automation of commercial workflows.
What we expect
About you:
You have 4+ years of experience—ideally in tech, marketplaces, or food delivery—supporting commercial teams or managing Enterprise accounts at scale
You have a strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with a background in corporate strategy, investment banking, or enterprise operations considered a strong plus.
You have proven experience building or implementing reporting tools and automated workflows using CRM and BI platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Looker), with a focus on reducing manual workload and improving team efficiency. Python and technical skills preferred.
You are skilled at using data, dashboards, and systems to drive focus and accountability—ensuring commercial teams prioritise revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
You are highly organised, with a structured approach to planning and execution that ensures smooth and scalable operations.
You are willing to relocate to Tallinn, Estonia and travel across key markets in Europe and Africa as needed.
