What we expect
About you:
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
Proven experience in a Salesforce Project Management role, with hands-on configuration expertise and a strong track record of leading Salesforce implementations.
Recommended Salesforce certifications are Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant. Nice-to-have certifications include Salesforce Application Architect and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Strong ability to map business needs to Salesforce capabilities, with a focus on reducing complexity and maximising automation.
Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies, delivering incremental improvements in a structured, iterative approach.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across teams.
