Operations Specialist
We are looking for a Operations Specialist to join Bolt’s Food Delivery team in Slovakia.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Supporting all Bolt Food Delivery operations in the city.
Executing processes efficiently. Efficiency is our priority—you will help us find the most efficient way to register new couriers, verify documentation, check the eligibility of applicants, and streamline other processes at scale.
Analyzing key operational metrics, such as utilization rate, rejected orders, online hours, and delivery time—these metrics define the success of our marketplace business.
Ensuring we maintain high service quality by enforcing quality standards and ensuring our couriers meet the highest service standards for our customers.
Assisting couriers and fleets with incoming issues to keep them engaged and satisfied.
What we expect
About you:
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
You have relevant experience (internships included) in a role that required working with numbers and metrics
Experience with Excel/Google Sheet is a must
You are an analytical thinker who loves solving problems (strong Excel skills and some coding skills are a plus).
You are resilient and persistent, overcoming obstacles without giving up.
You are organized and can handle stress well while delivering results on time.
You have excellent communication skills in both English and Slovak
