About the role
As an Account Manager, you will have a clear understanding of our key business goals and actively manage our partners to generate long-term value for them and the platform.

Supervising the growth of the market by improving our operations with our most important providers.
Managing and expanding relationships with existing restaurants and proactively identify further new business opportunities while ensuring our most important accounts have strong operational KPIs.
Ensuring that all campaign processes are in place at a city level and proactively improving overall monthly campaign performance.
Creating account plans to grow volumes from existing clients. Replying to client queries, replying to emails, calls, and solving their challenges.
Being both data-sensitive and sales-minded in order to prepare monthly reports to all our accounts. Working with both Restaurant Operations and Sales Managers to ensure that every important provider that goes online in the platform meets our quality standards.
Renegotiating the contract's conditions, such as commission rates and campaign plans, with restaurants on a monthly basis and working with cross-functional departments to drive business growth (Campaigns, Restaurant Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Courier).
