Key Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join the Bolt Food Team in Bucharest, Romania

About the role

As Key Account Manager, you will build and sustain robust relationships with our most crucial merchants, ensuring exceptional operational performance and growth.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manage and expand relationships with existing key accounts, proactively identifying new business opportunities while ensuring key accounts meet strong operational KPIs. Own the partner’s P&L and be responsible for its profitability and growth.
Ensure all campaign processes are in place and proactively work to improve overall monthly performance.
Develop account plans to increase volumes and improve key accounts profitability.
Renegotiate contract terms, including commission rates and campaign plans, with key accounts regularly.
Work with various departments (Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) to drive key accounts growth.
Negotiate and implement activities through marketing with the partners ( banners, communications, etc.)
What we expect
About you:
Minimum 3 years in account management, business consultancy, business development, or similar roles with a focus on the restaurant industry.
You're proficient in English and Romanian.
Ability to interpret and present data to generate insights and support decision-making.
Proven track record of achieving critical metrics and revenue targets.
Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
Experience in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment is a strong plus.
