We are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Coordinator to join Bolt Market's team and help us build our grocery vertical and dark stores across the country.
Please note that this is a full time, permanent employment opportunity in Bucharest, Romania (hybrid).

About the role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join Bolt Market's team on our journey to build our grocery vertical and dark stores all over the country. You will work closely with both local and HQ teams to achieve our ambitious delivery goals.
You must be able to thrive in a startup environment and succeed in discovering clarity step by step and balancing priorities. High judgment, analytical talent, exceptional communication, and great stakeholder management are essential to success in this role.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Approving invoices and resolving issues based on data from supporting systems.
Placing purchasing orders to ensure the best possible SKU availability across all our stores.
Tracking purchasing order fulfillment processes and vendor performance metrics daily to identify areas for improvement.
Managing communication with suppliers regarding non-deliveries or changed delivery schedules.
Supporting Supply Chain Specialists in performance analysis and forecast adjustments.
What we expect

Bachelor’s degree.
Nice to have: approximately 1 year of experience in any corporate position, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and Romanian.
Friendly, can-do attitude.
