Operations Coordinator
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for the efficient management of incoming claims and damages. The goal is to process damages thoroughly, efficiently and in a timely manner.

About the role
As an Operations Coordinator, your main tasks will be administrative support, but you will also have an opportunity to work on and support projects. You are an independent person, who wants to develop in your role.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Monitor and document accidents and damages according to specifications.
Handing damages and claims with insurance.
Follow-up communication with customers and insurers about accidents and claims.
Creation of reports to monitor volumes and performance.
Assist with further operational duties as requested.

You have experience in working on motor vehicle claims settlement (good to have).
You care about people and you are passionate about helping others.
You are an excellent communicator in English and German.

You have very good attention to detail and can multitask, prioritize, and focus.
