Account Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Specialist to join our growing Bolt Business team in Nigeria. This role is designed to drive growth by managing a portfolio of existing clients, strengthening relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities. You will report directly to the Regional Account Management Lead and play a key role in delivering value through excellent account management.
About the role
As an Account Specialist, you'll be responsible for nurturing relationships with our Bolt Business clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction. You’ll manage a portfolio of SME/SMB accounts, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across teams to provide tailored solutions.
