Category Manager Assistant (Coordinator)
We are looking for a Category Coordinator to join Bolt’s Groceries team on our journey to build our grocery vertical and Bolt Markets all over the country and work both with local and HQ teams to achieve our ambitious delivery goals.

About the role
The Commercial Coordinator is one of the key members at our Bolt Market team, responsible for managing our product catalog in the app and ensuring we always present ourselves well to our users.
You must be able to thrive in a startup environment, and succeed in navigating ambiguity and competing priorities. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications are essential to success in this role.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Administrative support to our commercial department in accordance with our business requirements and Ad-hoc support to our departments based on the manager’s direction.
Consistent customer experience through product pictures and descriptions. Contact and collaborate with our suppliers to obtain the required & timely information from them. Responsible for UX.
Data management and data clean up/hygiene. Assure high quality of data across all systems. Add all needed input in the existing tracker.
Keeping track of promo and contractual back margin and owner of the credit notes recovery process.
Supplier pricing hygiene- Monitor invoice discrepancies and run for root cause analysis from the commercial side. Centralize findings and initiate credit notes recovery process.
Manage the growth tools invoicing process. Issue invoices and keep track of supplier compliance with payment terms and credit notes recovery rules.

What we expect

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Working experience in Retail Category Management or in Procurement & buying, FMCG, Account Management, Project Management or fast paced start-ups.
Strong organisational skills including prioritising, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success.
Proven ability to identify, analyse, and solve ambiguous problems independently with an exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication & written skills in Estonian & English.
