B2B Demand Generation Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Demand Generation Specialist to support the delivery of top-of-funnel lead generation for Bolt Business across key European markets.

About the role

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that raise awareness and generate leads for Bolt Business. You’ll work closely with the Senior Demand Generation Manager, regional sales teams, and external partners to deliver campaigns that align with our commercial objectives.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns across priority European markets to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
Use Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) to manage leads, track campaign performance, and ensure a smooth marketing-to-sales handover.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaign assets, ABM initiatives, and local activations.
Support events and activations — managing logistics, communications, and follow-up.
Create and localise marketing materials in line with brand guidelines and market needs.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, sharing insights to optimise results and maintain sales enablement resources.
What we expect
About you:
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in demand generation, campaigns, or marketing operations.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and lead management processes.
Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles including ABM and lead nurturing.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
Proactive and resourceful, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner across teams and markets.
