B2B Demand Generation Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Demand Generation Specialist to support the delivery of top-of-funnel lead generation for Bolt Business across key European markets.

About the role

As a B2B Demand Generation Specialist, you will support the delivery of top-of-funnel lead generation for Bolt Business across key European markets. Working closely with the Senior Demand Generation Manager and a range of cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the execution of targeted initiatives designed to raise brand awareness and drive commercial growth.

This role is well-suited to a proactive and detail-oriented marketer with a solid understanding of B2B marketing principles, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll help bring to life creative campaigns and activities such as local events, activations, and thought leadership content that support regional business objectives.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Assist with the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across priority markets to support lead generation and brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaign assets and support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and support the coordination of local marketing activities, ensuring timelines are met and outputs align with business goals.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of events and activations, including logistics, communications, and follow-up tasks.
Assist in creating and localising marketing materials in line with brand guidelines and market requirements.
Help monitor and report on campaign performance, gathering relevant data and insights to inform optimisation.
Participate in team planning sessions and contribute ideas for new lead generation activities and awareness-building strategies, and manage, build, and update our Sales Enablement repository, to assist our Sales Teams in closing deals.
What we expect
About you:
You have 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or a related area, ideally with some familiarity with ABM approaches.
You’re an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
You enjoy working collaboratively, are quick to learn, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
You are fluent in English (and ideally another European language) and confident liaising with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
You’re motivated by results and excited to contribute to the growth of Bolt Business through creative marketing initiatives.
