We’re looking for a structured and impact-oriented Program Manager to own and drive our Account Management program strategy across all markets (Global). In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing the full performance and enablement ecosystem for our existing business team, from building commission programs to how we set KPIs and measure activities, to how we identify gaps, and how we enable teams to drive net retention and account growth.

About the role

As Sales Operations Manager - Account Management, you’ll work closely with the Manager of Commercial Programs, as well as stakeholders across Sales, Account Management, marketing, product, and data teams to ensure the program is strategically aligned, analytically sound, and operationally scalable. This is a critical role for delivering on our retention and expansion goals.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Program Ownership: Design, structure, and iterate the end-to-end Account Management program, this includes incentive/commission models, KPI structures, measurement frameworks, and enablement initiatives.
Process Design & Documentation: Build and maintain scalable, documented processes for core AM workflows (i.e. account planning, QBRs, renewal motion). Ensure process changes are implemented and adopted in-market.
Performance Measurement: Define how we track success at the individual and team level. Build and maintain performance dashboards, regular reporting, and hygiene tools to highlight execution gaps and improvement opportunities.
Incentive Structure Design: Translate strategic goals (i.e. expansion revenue, churn reduction) into commission models and non-monetary incentive plans that motivate performance and are aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Regional Directors, Country Managers, and other Revenue Operations teammates to ensure program relevance, feasibility, and adoption. Collect feedback, manage alignment, and iterate as needed.
Enablement & Tooling: Create tools and templates (i.e. AM scorecards, calculator tools, performance reports) that help teams track and improve their performance, and drive best-in-class account management behavior.
What we expect
About you:
3+ years in Revenue Operations, Account Management, Strategy, or Program Management roles.
Demonstrated experience owning or contributing to performance programs (i.e. KPI frameworks, commission models, enablement assets).
Experience collaborating with commercial stakeholders, from country managers to regional leadership.
Strong analytical skills—comfortable using data to guide decisions and explain performance trends and familiarity with building or using reporting tools (i.e. Salesforce, Looker, Excel/Sheets).
A strong sense of ownership and being comfortable working independently while aligning with others.
You thrive in cross-functional environments and communicate with clarity and intention.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
