Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the Bolt Food team in Baku.

About the role

In this strategic role, you will take ownership of our most valuable accounts, ensuring their sustained growth and operational success. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and commercial leader, building high-impact relationships, driving performance through data, and executing cross-functional initiatives

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Own and grow key account relationships by identifying new opportunities, ensuring strong operational KPIs, and driving overall account profitability.
Take full ownership of partner P&Ls, using data to scale performance, improve margins, and reduce risks.
Lead regular business reviews and strategic discussions with partners, aligning on goals and performance.
Develop and execute tailored account growth plans, including volume targets, promotional campaigns, and visibility strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless partner execution.
Plan and implement co-branded marketing activities while optimizing campaign processes for maximum impact.
What we expect
About you:
Minimum 3 years in account management, business development, consulting, or commercial roles—preferably in food delivery, FMCG, retail, or hospitality tech.
Proven commercial acumen with P&L ownership and a strong track record of delivering on revenue and operational KPIs.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian (verbal and written).
Comfortable analyzing data and using reporting tools to drive business decisions.
A self-starter with high ownership, resilience, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments./point> Industry knowledge in restaurants, food tech, QSRs, or delivery platforms is a plus—but drive, intelligence, and integrity matter most.
