Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding dine-in product adoption. This role is pivotal to our mission of transforming the dining experience, making it more seamless and engaging for customers while streamlining operations for our dine-in business partners. The ideal candidate will be the driving force behind selling our solutions to potential prospects, conducting on-site onboarding and training, and ensuring the continued success and satisfaction of our activated dine-in accounts. This role requires strong commercial skills, sharp intuition for business, as well as exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Secure new business and drive revenue growth by negotiating and closing dine-in partnerships in your designated area.
Develop and manage relationships with dine-in business partners through regular communication, visits, and performance reviews.
Act as the main point of contact for new partners, guiding them through onboarding, training, and operational setup.
Analyse key performance metrics to identify insights, forecast growth, and enhance business partner performance.
Support operational strategy and execution by solving daily challenges and aligning local actions with the broader dine-in commercial strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, campaigns, and operations teams to drive overall dine-in business growth.

What we expect
About you:

3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, B2B Sales, or a related field, with a proven record of hitting growth and sales targets.
Fluency in both English and Polish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, leveraging data to improve partner performance and drive strategic decisions.
Ability to adapt quickly to change, handle challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
