The Incentives team is at the heart of Bolt's growth strategy, crafting diverse incentive campaigns for users across all business lines. Partnerships, collaboration, user experience, targeted analytics and strategic investments are all key facets of our efforts to fortify Bolt’s business growth.

We build tools for our Data Analysts and Operations teams to incentivise our users to keep coming back to our platform. Working on the company's growth engine, we target users to campaigns, notify users of promotions that are available to them, and show these campaigns to users in the applications.
Teams
Rides Campaigns The Rides Campaigns team is responsible for an internal product that enables the creation and execution of incentive campaigns for diverse users, including riders, scooter users, drivers, and car renters. Our product is designed to handle thousands of campaigns running simultaneously, making it the largest product within the incentives department. We are committed to delivering value and driving engagement through these campaigns, contributing significantly to Bolt’s competitive edge in the ride-sharing market. Our team’s work is pivotal in fostering loyalty and promoting increased usage of Bolt’s services. Delivery Campaigns The Delivery Campaigns team is responsible for developing and managing tools to facilitate a wide range of discounts for our users. We collaborate with restaurants and banks to consistently craft the best possible offers for our users while ensuring mutual benefits to our partners. Our approach involves conducting diverse experiments involving discount types, targets, duration, value, location, etc., which aims to engage our customers continuously.Additionally, we spearhead the development of a tool empowering our providers to manage market-tailored promotions independently. Subscriptions The Subscriptions team is steering the company’s Bolt Plus subscription product, where users pay a subscription fee to enjoy a host of special bonuses. These bonuses include ride-hailing price protection, free ride cancellations, and prioritised delivery, all designed to enhance the user experience and provide value. As a young product, we offer much room for creativity and experimentation, allowing us to innovate and refine our offerings continuously. Campaigns Platform The Campaigns Platform team is responsible for the Targeting Platform, which allows Growth Analysts to target users based on different traits and properties of our customers. For example, give discounts only to those customers who haven't used Bolt services in a long time to re-acquire the customer.
