As a Junior Recruiter, you'll support our talent acquisition team in delivering hiring excellence across 50+ entities worldwide. You'll help manage recruitment processes end-to-end, build talent pipelines, and support stakeholders across the business. We’re looking for a Junior Workplace and People Operations Specialist who combines curiosity, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach to HR and workplace management. You’re someone who enjoys working with people, organizing projects and processes, and creating a workplace where others can do their best work. You also enjoy working with data - understanding why something is happening, identifying patterns, and using insights to make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions.
