Associate
Focus on building core product skills and contributing to your team. Within a year, you’re expected to grow into a mid-level Product Manager.

Product Manager
Identify and solve customer problems that create meaningful value. Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, and work with your team to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business priorities.

Senior Product Manager
Shift from execution to leadership by building and supporting autonomous, high-performing teams. Your influence extends beyond delivery as you shape business outcomes and lead through strategy rather than just a backlog.

Principal Product Manager
Set and align business strategy for your area. Build robust business cases, lead cross-functional efforts, and uncover inefficiencies and growth levers across the company. Create systems that serve broader business needs and share knowledge that strengthens the wider product community.

Director
Take accountability for an entire business unit, exceeding Group-level expectations across multiple domains. Grow and develop the product and technology organisation within Bolt.

Vice President
Influence the company at large by setting strategic direction for the next three to five years. Drive transformational changes that extend well beyond your immediate area of responsibility.

Designer
Be proficient with UX tools and methods and apply core principles to deliver quality work. Spot weak experiences early, use feedback and data to propose improvements, and clearly articulate the user problems your designs aim to solve.

Senior Designer
Operate independently to solve complex end-to-end UX challenges. Discover opportunities through customer engagement, competitive awareness, data and help prioritise them into the roadmap. Ensure your work is grounded in UX metrics, cohesive within Bolt’s ecosystem, and informed by research and usability practices.

Staff Designer
Elevate the design function by proposing and executing scalable solutions that support the entire product team. Influence product strategy with a usability lens, uncover broader opportunities, and drive systemic product improvements alongside senior cross-functional peers.

Manager I
Scale both design quality and team performance. Coach others to grow their impact, align strategies around usability and utility, and improve how design supports product outcomes. Share patterns, tools, and thinking across the organisation to amplify design’s influence.

Manager II

Recruiter screen (30–45 min)

Home task / Portfolio review
Some roles include a take-home assignment that mirrors the work you'd do at Bolt, giving us insight into your thinking and problem-solving. For Design roles, we review your portfolio with case studies that highlight your impact. You'll always have time to complete tasks or prepare materials within the given deadline.

Product interviews
Across three interview rounds, you’ll meet product leaders, business stakeholders, or peers. Each stage is designed to explore your skills, competencies, and ways of working, from problem-solving and collaboration to communication and craft.
