We're looking for a Global Maintenance Manager to standardise processes across 200+ workshops and 200,000+ micromobility vehicles worldwide.

At Bolt, every ride order flows through our matching system. The quality of each allocation shapes platform-wide outcomes, affecting how quickly riders are picked up, how efficiently drivers earn, and how well we manage supply and demand across dozens of markets. We are evolving our matching stack from a heuristic-based dispatch system toward a context-aware, probability-based allocation engine powered by machine learning and reinforcement learning. As Principal Product Manager, you will own this transition end to end. You will define the roadmap, build a cross-functional pod of engineers, data scientists, and specialists, and be accountable for both the performance of the existing system and the delivery of the next generation. This is a deeply technical role that also requires clear, precise communication with senior stakeholders. You will own the interface between matching and pricing, coordinate experiment rollout across markets, and set the direction for how Bolt allocates supply at scale.

In this role, you will be responsible for all public web pages, including product and feature pages (e.g. Ride-hailing, Micromobility, Delivery), their conversion and discoverability via the main navigation. To achieve this, you will collaborate with product designers and other stakeholders from different teams. Additionally, you will support our Brand team in designing campaign pages.

We are looking for a Product Manager in the Micromobility organization to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for our pricing products. In this role, you will be responsible for how we price our fleet of light electric vehicles (e-scooters and e-bikes) to balance user demand with operational sustainability. You will lead a cross-functional team to build the advanced tooling and automation needed to scale our pricing logic globally, while directly shaping the user app experience to ensure a seamless rider journey that achieves our business goals across hundreds of cities. Our Micromobility vertical leads urban transport transformation with one of Europe's largest e-scooter and e-bike fleets. We offer a sustainable, affordable alternative to private cars, managing complex operational and marketplace challenges across varied regulatory and economic landscapes. Pricing is crucial, shaping rider behavior, fleet turnover, and making green mobility accessible. You will have a hands-on role in shaping Bolt's growing mobility ecosystem.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to bring customer delight, great conversion, and quick expansion capability to our Payments team. You’ll be in charge of discovery and delivery in the Bolt marketplace ecosystem end-to-end, contributing to its vision, strategy, and execution. You’ll also keep an eye on the budget and KPIs to make sure we’re hitting our financial and operational goals. In this role, you’ll be building a roadmap that keeps our teams and partners aligned. You'll be part of a team of Analysts, Ops specialists, and Engineers, working closely with teams across all Bolt business lines, plus Tax, Legal, and other departments to drive success for the Payments platform.

We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our Rides Product team and help us scale how we ship, communicate, and learn from our users. You'll sit at the intersection of product, data, and operations — making sure the right information reaches the right people, processes run smoothly, and user feedback drives real product decisions. As a Product Operations Specialist on the Rides team, you'll be the operational backbone that keeps our product organisation running effectively. You'll own stakeholder communications — translating complex product developments into clear, actionable updates for everyone in the company. You'll design and improve the processes and tools (Jira, workflows, SOPs) that help product teams move faster with less friction. And you'll monitor driver and rider feedback channels to surface trends and turn raw signals into insights that shape what we build next. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Analysts, and 50+ markets, ensuring alignment across teams and keeping everyone focused on what matters.

We’re looking for a senior legal/compliance professional to be part of our Commerce Compliance team. In this role you would be taking proactive global ownership of regulatory compliance of Bolt’s payments platform, ensuring second line compliance across EEA, and alignment with financial services licensing regulation in our 45+ countries globally.

Each week, millions of customers use our app to discover and order from a wide range of restaurants. Orders are fulfilled by courier partners operating across different cities, environments, and conditions. Our goal is to build a platform that supports the needs of customers, couriers, and restaurants, while enabling efficient and reliable order delivery at scale.
