Ridehailing
We're a diverse team of UX professionals. We immerse ourselves in the real world of our users and envision solutions that make a difference. We combine design craft and imagination with deep domain knowledge, behavioural data, and user insights. We're driven to create delightful experiences that our users love repeating.
Platform
The Platform team is responsible for building tooling and services for all business lines. Platform technologies range from geospatial services, document and identity verification, and communication channels to customer support interfaces and automation tools.
Commerce Product
The Commerce product team is involved in everything money-related — from payment gateways and paying partners to introducing new payment methods and fraud checks.
Incentives
The Incentives Product team focuses on growing our business's top and bottom line across six verticals and hundreds of markets by creating and analytically optimising long-term, medium, and short-term growth strategies, marketing products, and platforms.
Rentals
The rentals team is at the forefront of building shared mobility innovations that impact the industry globally. Thanks to the Rentals team, our customers can opt for various shared mobility products for a long weekend trip with Bolt Drive or a short scooter ride in the city. Get the opportunity to build digital or hardware products for our users and internal teams.
Bolt Business
The Bolt Business Product team builds solutions that allow organisations to cater to their employees' food and mobility needs. More than 30,000 companies have chosen to partner up with Bolt.
Bolt Market
Bolt Market is one of our newest verticals, with the mission of meeting our customers’ grocery needs at the tap of a button. The Bolt Market team has used technology, a courier base, and combined knowledge and experience gained from our food delivery operations, to launch and scale a brand-new grocery delivery vertical across Europe and Africa.
Delivery
The Bolt Delivery Product team’s goal is to provide value to the three-sided food delivery marketplace and ensure that everyone, from couriers to eaters to restaurants, can benefit from the solutions we build.
Product Strategy
The Product Strategy team supports management and leadership by guiding decisions on key initiatives and optimising resource allocation for high-priority, high-ROI projects. We focus on business model discovery and development.

Interviews and a home task
Every role’s different, but typically you’ll be invited to an interview with a recruiter, followed by a home task. Next, you’ll have interviews with the hiring manager, and other team members before we make a final decision.
