More passenger orders waiting around you

Please note that from now on you will receive fewer orders with a pickup location that is too far away. Priority will be given to orders from passengers closer to you - you'll have a shorter drive to the pick-up location and save time for other orders!

This innovation will help you ensure a shorter arrival time and reduce the number of cancellations.

Tax declaration time

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the tax declaration period has already begun , which will last until May 2 . You operate on the basis of individual activity, therefore you must submit a tax declaration individually according to the accounting you maintain and the documents in the Passenger invoices , Invoices (commission fee), Compensations sections of your Driver portal

If you cannot access the documents because your account is closed, please contact the customer support team through the app. We will help!

Changes in the purpose of the trip and execution of trips

We wanted to share what to do if you need to change your destination after the trip has already started. If a passenger decides to go elsewhere during an active booking, both you and the passenger have the option to record these changes in the app. If neither you nor the passenger are able to change the destination , we recommend completing the trip in the app. The passenger will be able to try calling you or another driver again. It is important that you do not have to make trips whose destination you do not see in the app .

Mandatory documents for the carrier

You must have a driver's license plate in your car when carrying out transportation activities . You can find where to buy it on this page . You can find more information about other documents required for the activity here .

We also ask you to review and make sure that you have a valid health certificate according to the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania ( link ) - you can check the data by logging on to the esveikata.lt page.
