Bolt Drivers do not have to pay to enter the parking when they have an active booking i.e. came to pick up customer.
We recommend that you check the types of parking systems applied at airports in Lithuania in the information below.
To and from Vilnius Airport (VNO)
Rider Drop-Off in the “Kiss & Fly” Zone:
The short-term stop zone “Kiss & Fly” is designated for rider drop-off only and can be used only during an active trip. Please do not wait for riders in this area and follow the designated pick-up point in the app (located in the P3 parking area). The “Kiss & Fly” drop-off zone is marked in pink on the map below.
Please note that if you enter this zone without an active trip or use it for passenger pick-up, a parking fee of 4€ / 5 min. may be deducted from your account.

Rider Pick-Up at P3 Parking:
What’s changing?
All riders pick-ups will now take place in the P3 parking area. The map below shows dark green arrows indicating how to enter and exit the Bolt-designated pick-up location.
Important:

You can only pick up riders for free in the P3 parking area during an active trip.

You can wait for orders for free for up to 30 minutes per week (this time accumulates throughout the week). If you exceed the 30-minute free waiting limit, a €0.50 per 10 minutes fee will be deducted from your earnings.

To avoid additional charges, we recommend entering P3 only with an active trip.

❗ Important: Waiting in the P3 parking area does not guarantee priority for receiving airport orders.
The Airport Queuing System
The new airport queuing system allocates trips fairly and quickly to drivers. This saves you time and allows you to take more orders.
The Bolt driver app shows a special waiting area at the airport. As soon as you enter it, you will be automatically added to the virtual queue.
When you stand in line, you will see how many cars in different travel categories are waiting in front of you. This will give you a better idea of how long you may have to wait for your next order.
The first driver in line gets the next travel order. You will lose your virtual spot if you:

Exit the airport

Log out of the Driver app

Cancel the order
To and from Kaunas Airport (KUN)
The first entrance of the day to the P2 site is free for the first 15 minutes. If you arrive without an active booking, further entrances will be charged (0.50 EUR / 10 min).
If you spend more than 15 minutes in the parking lot during the first entry or if you enter the parking lot more than once a day without an active reservation, parking in the parking lot is charged at EUR 0.50 / 10 minutes. In order to avoid additional deduction of money, we offer drivers to enter P2 only with an active order.
Before leaving the P2 parking lot, you will see the amount for parking in the Unipark mobile app, but you do not have to pay for it. When you arrive in front of the firewall, it will open and you can leave. If you park in the lot without an active order, we will deduct the accumulated amount from your driver balance.
