In order to serve riders well, we encourage you to take the following areas into consideration.
Below, you can find detailed advice and recommendations designed to help you improve your service.
Car

Keep the car clean and tidy.

Do not carry personal items in the cabin that occupy the passenger's seat.

Ventilate the car.

Do not smoke in the car and before traveling.

Take care of a comfortable temperature in the car cabin.

Do not drive with the windows open and use air conditioning.
Road Safety

Always obey all traffic laws.

Choose a safe speed for the current weather conditions.

Use hands-free equipment in the car.
-
Get a phone / tablet holder.
-
Do not loudly comment on the behavior of other road users on the road.
Communication

If passengers do not express a desire to communicate during the trip, do not talk to them.

When communicating with passengers, do not choose topics related to your / passengers' personal life – do not share details of your personal life or ask the passenger about theirs.

Avoid ideological topics about politics, faith, etc.

Use only censorious language.

Service Transport - Prohibited Areas
Drivers providing transportation services can pass the prohibited sign - the carriers are included in the list of the service vehicles.
NOTE: entry /exit is only possible with an active order.
Updated Road Rules:

3.1. Service transport means vehicles belonging to companies, institutions and organizations located in the zone marked with prohibited road signs, persons living or working in that zone, or bringing goods to that zone or coming to pick them up, including passenger cars that bring or pick up passengers in that zone, taxis or passenger cars that provide on-demand passenger transport services in passenger cars for remuneration.

303 – The traffic of motor vehicles, tractors and self-propelled machines is prohibited, with the exception of mopeds, motorcycles without trailers, shuttle, service vehicles and vehicles marked with the distinguishing sign "Disabled"
