In support of the people of Ukraine, Bolt will donate 5% of every order in Europe to Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), including the Red Cross. With the help of our users, we expect to donate more than €5 million over the next two weeks. We’re transferring the first €1 million today.

In addition, we’ve:

suspended all ride-hailing operations in Belarus;
removed all Russia-manufactured and Russian-branded goods from Bolt Market stores and will be donating them to charity.

Assisting transportation in Ukraine

We are doing our best to keep our services in Ukraine functioning to assist with movement in these difficult times.

Last week, we reduced the commission for all our services in Ukraine to zero. We have incentivised our drivers in Poland and Slovakia to accept rides on the Ukrainian border to transport people to safe destinations.

Support for our Ukrainian team

We continue to do everything we can to ensure the safety of our employees and their families in Ukraine and are in constant contact with our Ukrainian friends and colleagues, offering as much support as we’re able to.

We sincerely hope all Bolt employees, our tens of thousands of drivers, couriers and restaurant partners, and all those in Ukraine remain safe.
