We're looking for an Operations Coordinator in Paris to support drivers and run Bolt's ride-hailing partner hub in Saint-Ouen.

The role focuses on questioning existing ways of working, simplifying and automating processes, analysing data, and implementing practical solutions that improve the team’s efficiency, accuracy and scalability. Working within the strategy and priorities set by the Operations Manager, the Operations Specialist takes ownership of assigned improvement projects from scoping through implementation and adoption. As Performance Marketing Specialist, you run user acquisition campaigns across an allocated set of markets for one of Bolt's business verticals (Rider, Delivery, Food). You execute and optimise across the major paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA), keep budget pacing on track, run experiments and feed insights back into the wider strategy. You operate with growing autonomy in day-to-day campaign management while being supported by your manager and Senior Specialists on bigger strategic calls. You'll also be the go-to person for ad-hoc and service-desk requests from the wider business, making sure those land cleanly without disrupting your vertical's core performance.
