Your work will create the dependable integration foundation that keeps People processes running and enables AI agents to safely act across our technology stack. In this role, you will own integrations in your area from design and delivery through production operations. As a Senior IT Business Analyst embedded in Bolt's Finance Engineering team, you will be the key link between financial stakeholders, regulatory requirements, and engineering teams. This is a senior, high-ownership role on our Rides Marketplace & Planning team: you won't just diagnose what's broken and propose fixes — you'll own the strategic direction of supply and demand across all Romanian cities, make the financial and commercial calls that move the business, and lead the complex, cross-functional projects that turn those calls into results.
