We are a fast-growing business within a global platform, moving at startup speed with the backing of one of Europe’s largest mobility and delivery companies. As Sales Manager, you will focus on acquiring top Store chains nationally. This is a role suited to a sales professional who excels in strategic negotiations and possesses a strong understanding of retail industry dynamics. You will build relationships with multiple stakeholders within target organisations and utilise solution selling to build internal consensus. Beyond direct sales, you will play an active role in shaping sales strategies and processes. Stores is a focused, high-ownership team tackling some of the most exciting commercial challenges in quick commerce across Europe and Africa. Identify performance risks early and suggest corrective actions based on data. Marketplace Optimization: Develop analytical models to optimize marketplace health. Suggest and implement price changes, budget allocations, and competition defense mechanisms to maintain market position. Rider Growth: Lead the Rider domain with the primary objective of growing rider activity. Develop local programs to unlock new rider segments and expand Bolt's use cases beyond standard ride-hailing. Competition & Trends: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and partner earnings to ensure Bolt maintains a competitive advantage. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, ensuring multiple workstreams are delivered on time and to a high standard. Regulatory Implementation: Work with Legal and Public Policy teams to translate local and EU regulations into scalable operational processes. Advocacy: Navigate local policies and transportation sector trends to ensure internal processes remain compliant and ahead of requirements.

The team leads company-wide strategic planning and business performance reviews, strengthens the operating systems behind them, and supports critical strategic projects and urgent business challenges. As the Strategy and AI Lead , you will sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and AI - owning high-impact workstreams that translate ambiguous executive questions into clear decisions, scalable frameworks, and measurable outcomes. Main tasks and responsibilities Own AI enablement across the CEO Office team: identify automation opportunities, pilot and embed AI tooling, and build AI-first analytical workflows that raise the bar for how the team works. Lead complex, cross-functional workstreams across Bolt's highest-priority strategic and operational topics - from initial scoping through analysis, recommendation, and implementation. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join Bolt’s Groceries team and support the continued growth of our grocery vertical and dark-store operations. In this role, you will coordinate purchasing activities across three markets — Estonia, Romania and Poland — working closely with each country’s Supply Chain Specialist, local suppliers and HQ teams to maintain strong product availability across our stores. This is a hands-on operational role where accuracy, organisation and timely follow-up are essential.
