As the Senior Engineer on the agentic side of the team, you'll own systems end to end — from solution design through evaluation, reliability, and production operation — and set the patterns the rest of the team builds on. You'll work closely with Integration and Analytics Engineers to define the tool contracts and data requirements your agents depend on, while mentoring engineers and contributing strong engineering patterns. As part of the Driver Growth domain, you’ll support sustainable supply growth and driver retention initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of our Rides marketplace. As a Senior Analytics Engineer in the People Analytics team, you will be much more than a data expert — you will actively shape how Bolt understands, plans, and develops its workforce at scale. You will own the People Analytics layer of Bolt's centrally managed data platform, building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers people insights across the company: from headcount planning and hiring to attrition, absence, and compensation analytics. A central part of this role is building the data infrastructure that makes conversational analytics possible. We are actively developing a people data plugin for AI tools, enabling analysts and business stakeholders to query people data in natural language. For that to work, the underlying data needs to be exceptionally clean, well-documented, semantically consistent, and structured with AI consumption in mind. You will own that foundation. You will support People Analytics by building robust pipelines and a trusted semantic layer across the full employee lifecycle. You will own everything between the data producers and data consumers — connecting HRIS with core employee data, ATS with recruitment data, planning and other systems through a modern analytics stack.

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer based in Tallinn, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and deploying Bolt's growing backend systems, mostly via coding in Node.js and TypeScript (no prior Node.js experience needed). You'll work on unique product challenges including complex algorithms for demand prediction, optimal real-time pricing, routing, fraud detection, and distributed systems, collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders to scalably design backend systems and APIs.

Bolt Ads operates across two verticals, Merchant Ads and Brand Ads, and every strategic decision, from country prioritisation to pricing models, depends on rigorous analysis that turns commercial ambiguity into clear action. You won't just produce insights; you'll drive the decisions and execution that follow. This means owning revenue forecasting, setting targets across markets, identifying opportunities before anyone asks, and being the go-to analytical partner for commercial and technical stakeholders alike.

You'll report to the Czechia General Manager (Managing Director of the CZ market), lead a local courier operations team, and work closely with cross-functional and HQ stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep operational experience, strong data instincts, and a genuine enthusiasm for applying AI tools to solve problems faster and smarter.

The Workforce Planning Program Manager is responsible for building and maintaining accurate capacity plans across all support regions, verticals, and languages. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our Customer Support operation is efficient, well-staffed, and prepared to meet service levels, while balancing cost and quality. You’ll own long- and short-term forecast models, develop scheduling frameworks, and work closely with WFM Analysts, BPO partners, and CS leadership to turn data into action.

As a Senior Data Analyst in the Global Marketing team , you’ll be responsible for making sure we’re making the best decisions. You'll work closely with our teams to measure the impact of millions of advertising euros and billions of marketing communication touchpoints, to identify tactics and strategies that have the highest incremental performance, and to recommend to our global and local teams serving the 30+ countries the best ways to spend their time and budgets. We're looking for someone who proactively identifies problems before they're assigned, owns the analytical agenda end-to-end, and brings structure and direction to the teams they work with. You'll need the confidence to productively challenge senior stakeholders to set priorities, not just respond to them. In your job, you'll be working closely with our marketing and business management teams as well as our industry partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) Main tasks and responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing investments to recommend optimal budget allocations across channels, markets, and specific campaigns, following existing frameworks. Develop incrementality testing roadmaps across paid and owned channels (emails, push etc.) together with channel owners across Rider and Driver user types. Design data-driven operational playbooks and strategic frameworks that lead to a step change in marketing performance at scale. Collaborate with marketing specialists and managers to independently design and analyse A/B tests for marketing communication initiatives. Provide analytical insights and recommendations to marketing teams and leadership to support day-to-day operations, business reviews, and strategic decision-making. Proactively surface problems and opportunities that stakeholders haven't yet identified, bringing your own analytical agenda to the team, not just responding to requests.

As a Senior People Data Analyst at Bolt, you will be the analytical engine behind our people programmes — partnering closely with People Partners and programme owners to design how each programme is measured, deliver the data that powers it, and demonstrate what changed as a result. Your primary focus is the performance and talent review cycles and the employee lifecycle: making these programmes run on reliable data, giving People Partners the insight they need to advise their business areas, and closing the loop on impact. This is a role for someone who brings strategic curiosity and a builder’s mindset. You’ll pair hands-on analytical delivery with the technical depth to build what you need, contribute to Bolt’s conversational analytics capability, and work at the intersection of analytics, AI, and internal tooling.

As a Senior Data Analyst in the Central Operations Analytics team, you sit between business stakeholders and the data repo - translating operational questions into accurate, documented datasets and Looker explores that analysts and operators can self-serve. You own everything between marts/facts and the BI layer, and are a sparring partner to the operations analysts and business teams across Rides, Delivery, and wider verticals.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Finance Data Warehouse team. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and data, building data models, aggregates, pipelines and integrations; and developing metrics, reports and dashboards in the Finance and Commerce domain.

We're looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Rides Finance Planning Team and take end-to-end ownership of the global Rides financial planning process. You'll own capital allocation, helping determine where to invest and grow by making data-driven trade-offs that maximise delivery against our strategic goals. You'll also lead quarterly and annual planning, long-term planning, and headcount, payroll and operating expense planning. A key part of the role is building scalable, fast and accurate planning processes and tools, using automation, AI and data science where applicable.

We’re looking for a Finance Senior Program Manager to lead and support complex, multi-stream and cross-functional finance initiatives. You’ll bring structure and transparency to complex projects, helping ensure they are delivered efficiently, on time and in line with governance and compliance requirements. As part of the Finance PMO team, you’ll partner closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Controlling and Reporting, as well as stakeholders across Commerce and the wider business. You’ll translate Finance and Tax requirements into clear project plans, manage risks and dependencies, and support process optimisation and financial systems implementation.

You will own cost management and financial operations for Bolt Poland, run month-end closing for the local team with support from the central team, and build the quarterly forecasts and monthly cost reports that leadership relies on. You'll partner closely with Finance, vendors, and other domain teams, supporting them with financial models for their projects, and design the scalable processes that keep this function running smoothly as we grow.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer , you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and deploying Bolt’s growing backend and frontend systems. That will mostly happen via coding in Node.js and TypeScript.

You'll work across HRIS, ATS, performance, payroll, goals, learning, and data systems, with a strong focus on major platform migrations and reliable data movement between systems. Your work will create the dependable integration foundation that keeps People processes running and enables AI agents to safely act across our technology stack. In this role, you will own integrations in your area from design and delivery through production operations. You'll play a key role as we replace our core HRIS and introduce new performance and goals tools, building for parallel operation, reconciliation, and safe cutovers without disrupting downstream consumers. You'll also partner closely with AI Engineers to provide reliable interfaces for agentic systems, with clear guarantees around validation, idempotency, failure handling, and auditability.
