We’re looking for a Global Maintenance Manager to drive operational excellence across Bolt’s micromobility maintenance network — standardising processes, scaling best practices, and turning fleet data into measurable improvements across 200+ workshops and 200,000+ vehicles worldwide. As our Global Maintenance Manager you will be globally responsible for the quality, efficiency, and safety of vehicle maintenance across all of Bolt’s micromobility markets. You won’t be managing mechanics directly — instead, you’ll lead through influence: setting the standards, building the metrics, and coaching our local Operations Managers and lead mechanics to perform at their best. You’ll sit at the crossroads of field operations, data analytics, and product. Your primary stakeholders are our regional Operations Maintenance Managers (OMMs) and lead mechanics across Europe. You’ll also act as the product owner for the maintenance section to serve as the key link between local teams and the central teams.

We’re looking for a Senior Global Business Development Manager to drive high-impact, international partnerships and unlock new growth opportunities with Enterprise level grocers and retailers across Bolt’s core and expansion markets. In this role, you will focus exclusively on new business—identifying, structuring, and closing complex (international) deals that generate incremental GMV and enable large-scale, multi-location rollouts. We're looking for a Head of Investment Execution to lead high-impact transactions across our Rides vertical — from vehicle financing and captive structures to strategic partnerships and electrification projects spanning EMEA, Asia, and the Americas. As the Head of Grocery & Retail, you will own the strategy, performance, and growth of Bolt Food Romania’s non-restaurant verticals. You will lead a team of Business Development Managers, manage the vertical P&L, develop strategic partnerships across grocery and retail, and work cross-functionally to deliver a scalable, profitable, and customer-centric business.

Insurance at Bolt isn't a back-office function. Across 50+ markets, 200M+ customers, and multiple verticals, it's a real lever on cost, risk, and product. We're looking for a Head of Insurance to own our group insurance demand end to end: building the strategy, running the placement cycle, and turning insurance into a commercial enabler across ride-hailing, delivery, micromobility, and financial services. You'll own all group insurance demand for Bolt, with a mandate to build and run, not coordinate. You'll design our insurance strategy, lead the placement cycle, evaluate captive structures, and embed insurance into the products our drivers, couriers, and business customers actually use. You'll report into the Director of Procurement and serve as the senior voice on insurance for our C-suite, General Counsel, and Vertical leadership, including chairing the insurance seat on our risk committee. We are looking for a Head of Marketplace to lead Bolt's UK Marketplace Operations function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Senior General Manager, UKI, you will own marketplace performance across one of Bolt's largest and most strategically important markets, shaping the strategy and execution that drives sustainable growth, marketplace efficiency and profitability. You will be responsible for defining and executing the UK marketplace strategy, optimising supply and demand, and leading a team of approximately 10 Marketplace professionals. Using data, experimentation, AI and commercial judgement, you will identify opportunities to improve marketplace efficiency, customer experience and profitability while ensuring sustainable growth. Working closely with Growth Analytics, Public Policy, Marketing, Product, Finance and Central Operations teams, you will translate insights into action, influence product development, and drive high-impact initiatives that improve marketplace health at scale. We’re looking for a Head of Operations Excellence to own and scale how Operations runs across Bolt’s Rides business. You’ll build the systems, standards, and automation that make our driver, fleet, and market operations faster, leaner, and more reliable, so Bolt can grow without adding complexity or cost. As Head of Operations Excellence, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and institutionalising world‑class operational standards across Bolt’s Rides business. You will act as the system builder for Operations – defining how work gets done, how performance is measured, and how we reduce complexity as we expand into more markets. You will turn multi‑year strategic priorities into concrete, scalable operational programmes across drivers, vehicles, and fleets. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Growth Analytics, Finance, and Local Operations, you will drive a step‑change in automation, cost efficiency, and execution quality across our core operational processes.
