We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to join the Rider Domain team in Romania. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role — you'll work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to manage our category portfolio, increase category performance, and expand Bolt's footprint through launching new categories across Romania. You'll play a key role in building and managing strategic partnerships with venues, airports, banks, and other key partners to unlock new growth opportunities and strengthen Bolt's position in the market.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join Bolt’s Groceries team and support the continued growth of our grocery vertical and dark-store operations. In this role, you will coordinate purchasing activities across three markets — Estonia, Romania and Poland — working closely with each country’s Supply Chain Specialist, local suppliers and HQ teams to maintain strong product availability across our stores. This is a hands-on operational role where accuracy, organisation and timely follow-up are essential. You will manage purchase orders, monitor fulfilment and supplier performance, help resolve delivery and invoice issues, and support performance analysis and forecasting adjustments. You should be comfortable managing several priorities simultaneously, communicating with stakeholders across different markets and taking ownership of issues until they are resolved. The role follows a hybrid working setup, with required working hours from 8:00 to 16:00, and reports to the Country Supply Chain Manager.

We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to help support Bolt’s growth through strong treasury operations, effective risk management and scalable financial processes. You’ll lead key activities across safeguarding, liquidity management and cash flow forecasting, while continuously improving the systems and processes behind them. Treasury sits within Corporate Finance, alongside Debt Capital Markets, Investor Relations and M&A. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you’ll work closely with teams across Corporate Finance, Tax, Core Finance, Commerce, Engineering and Legal, as well as international financial institutions. You’ll also lead treasury systems and banking projects and provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a Treasury Analyst.

As a Vehicle Specialist, you’ll keep our Bolt Drive cars in top shape for customers. Your tasks include relocating vehicles, refueling, charging, checking for damage, and ensuring each car has the necessary equipment. Your role is essential in keeping the fleet available and running smoothly. Please note this is a full-time position that pays 1699 EUR gross monthly, plus a night-time bonus.

As a Vehicles Specialist, you will be responsible for taking over all fleet daily operations (including cleaning, relocation, refuelling the cars and diagnosing damages). This is a very important job, as we are responsible for the safety of our fleet's users. Once checked, if the fleet needs additional diagnosing you will need to deliver vehicles to services for repair or maintenance.
