You'll be the enterprise expert for Bolt for Business globally; identifying, engaging, closing, and onboarding new clients, then working closely with them to grow revenue over time. Rather than focusing on volume, you'll carry a focused target list, where it'll be how well you know the people on the other side of the table that closes the deal. You'll build detailed account maps, track organisational changes, attend the right events, and cultivate relationships across procurement, finance, travel management, and the C-suite, so that when the moment arrives, you're already trusted. Closing a handful of transformational deals a year is the goal, and the quality of your preparation is what makes that possible. You'll work across functions, alongside Strategic Partnerships, Solutions, Tender Management, and GTM to bring the full weight of Bolt to bear on complex, multi-stakeholder deals. But ultimately, the relationship is yours to own.

We're preparing for upcoming payment regulation in Europe and we’re looking for a Finance Controls Manager to help us keep up to date with the upcoming changes. In this role you'll own the financial control environment end to end: designing, implementing, and running it in practice, not just on paper. If you'd rather build than inherit, this is a rare opportunity to shape how financial controls operate at scale. You will own designing control activities, reviewing relevant policies, and ensuring controls are genuinely performed across the organisation, not just documented. Working within the framework set by the second-line risk team, you'll act as the finance subject matter expert within the entity, with deep independence and minimal day-to-day supervision. This is a hands-on role. You'll be coordinating work across accounting, controlling, reporting, and FP&A teams, provide operational cover when needed, and own the formal sign-off of financial reports at month-end close.
