We’re looking for a Senior Operations Specialist (Driver Engagement and Growth - Communications and CRM). This is a hands-on and impact-focused role where you’ll be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution with drivers across multiple channels and be expected to operate with agility and independence. You’ll collaborate with local ops, local marketing and central marketing specialist teams to shape and execute end-to-end communication strategies and campaigns tailored specifically for our drivers across social media, WhatsApp, email, and in-person activations at local hubs.

DEC Specialists provide in-person support to current and prospective drivers at our Walk-In and Driver Engagement Centers. They manage driver queues, verify documentation, and resolve inquiries and live cases directly on-site. Their work plays an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting driver growth, satisfaction, and compliance.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing engineers in Tallinn responsible for the critical statistical parts of the Driver Apps.
