Join Bolt as a Senior AI/Agent Engineer to build production AI agents that take real action across our People systems. This is a newly formed team, so you'll be setting the patterns rather than inheriting them. You'll transform complex processes spanning HRIS, ATS, performance, payroll, goals, learning, and data systems into safe, scalable, and reliable workflows. Your work will reduce manual effort and make critical People processes faster, more reliable, and easier to scale. As the Senior Engineer on the agentic side of the team, you'll own systems end to end — from solution design through evaluation, reliability, and production operation — and set the patterns the rest of the team builds on. You'll work closely with Integration and Analytics Engineers to define the tool contracts and data requirements your agents depend on, while mentoring engineers and contributing strong engineering patterns. As these systems handle sensitive employee data and employment-related processes, you'll apply a particularly high bar for correctness, auditability, safety, and human oversight.

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Analyst, Driver Growth to join our Bolt Rides team. As part of the Driver Growth domain, you’ll support sustainable supply growth and driver retention initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of our Rides marketplace. The role combines driver engagement, operational execution, process improvement, relationship management, and supporting initiatives that help more drivers join Bolt and stay with us. This role is a good match for you if you’re a driven, analytical and hands-on individual with strong operational experience and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Our whole platform lives and breathes on data. Every step of our product development is powered by robust, scalable data infrastructure — and Analytics Engineers are the people who make that possible. As an Analytics Engineer at Bolt, you work at the intersection of data engineering and product analytics. You own everything between data producers and data consumers: building the pipelines, models, and data products that empower analysts and decision-makers across the organisation. You're a sparring partner to our Product Analysts and a force multiplier for the teams you support. We operate across four product verticals — Ride-Hailing, Delivery (Bolt Food and Bolt Market), Rentals (e-bikes, scooters, and carsharing), and Bolt Business — plus two horizontals: Platform and Incentives. We have multiple open roles across these teams. Once you apply, you'll go through a universal process designed to help you learn more about Analytics Engineering at Bolt — and help us find the team that best matches your skills and ambitions. If you believe great data infrastructure is what separates fast-moving organisations from slow ones, you'll fit right in. Scroll down to find out what it looks like day-to-day! NB! This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave.

You'll work on unique product challenges including complex algorithms for demand prediction, optimal real-time pricing, routing, fraud detection, and distributed systems, collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders to scalably design backend systems and APIs.

Bolt Ads operates across two verticals, Merchant Ads and Brand Ads, and every strategic decision, from country prioritisation to pricing models, depends on rigorous analysis that turns commercial ambiguity into clear action. You won't just produce insights; you'll drive the decisions and execution that follow. This means owning revenue forecasting, setting targets across markets, identifying opportunities before anyone asks, and being the go-to analytical partner for commercial and technical stakeholders alike.

Own the operational excellence of non-standard categories, support category expansion and operations while we scale our portfolio across multiple markets (e.g. scale the launch of Wait&Save, Priority, XL, Premium, Little Bolt, Bolt Send, Shuttle, Guardian, etc.) Translate business needs into clear processes and playbooks, partner with Local Ops and cross functional teams, and drive measurable improvements in reliability, adoption and unit economics. This is a great opportunity for anyone keen to strengthen their fundamentals in category management, market launch operations, and data-driven decision making.

As a Senior Data Analyst in the Global Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for making sure we’re making the best decisions. You'll work closely with our teams to measure the impact of millions of advertising euros and billions of marketing communication touchpoints, to identify tactics and strategies that have the highest incremental performance, and to recommend to our global and local teams serving the 30+ countries the best ways to spend their time and budgets. We're looking for someone who proactively identifies problems before they're assigned, owns the analytical agenda end-to-end, and brings structure and direction to the teams they work with. You'll need the confidence to productively challenge senior stakeholders to set priorities, not just respond to them. In your job, you'll be working closely with our marketing and business management teams as well as our industry partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)

Data Platform Compute builds and runs the compute layer that every data practitioner at Bolt depends on. If someone at Bolt schedules a pipeline, opens a notebook, trains a model, or runs an experiment, they are running on infrastructure we own. We operate platform-as-a-product: our customers are internal, our measure of success is developer productivity and time-to-insight across the data organisation, and the best outcome is teams shipping at speed without ever needing to talk to us.

You will work on the core systems that help customers find the right restaurants, stores, dishes, and items across Bolt Food. Your initial focus will be the home screen and other personalised screens: which categories and carousels each customer sees, in what order, and what appears within them. You will also shape how the full surface is optimised, balancing customer relevance against business objectives and guardrails, and contribute to recommendations elsewhere in the customer journey. This is a highly applied role where you will work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to take ideas from research and offline evaluation to online experiments and production systems used by millions of customers.
