We are looking for a strategic and impact-driven Head of Trust & Safety Operations to lead Bolt’s global Ride Hailing Trust & Safety function. This role combines strategic vision with thoughtful operational execution and is accountable for ensuring Bolt provides the safest and most trusted mobility experience to millions of riders and drivers across multiple markets. As the global owner, you will co-create and operationalize Bolt’s Trust & Safety frameworks, policies, and interventions—spanning incident response, risk management, safety compliance, fraud prevention, and user trust initiatives.
