As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will own and lead the full lifecycle of Bolt’s most strategically important external relationships. Operating across EMEA and beyond, you will manage a portfolio of high-impact partners—including global industry leaders such as Mastercard, Google, and Apple—driving revenue growth, distribution, and user acquisition. You will identify and unlock new partnership opportunities, structure and negotiate complex commercial deals, and directly influence Bolt’s product development and competitive positioning. We're looking for a platform-minded Staff Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of Bolt's Foundation, the developer, AI, and productivity platforms that thousands of people across Bolt build things on every day. Our mission is to make time-to-market exceptionally fast, with tooling that's efficient and reliable for every internal builder, technical and non-technical alike. You'll wear product and engineering hats at once: shaping the Foundation strategy, defining measurable success metrics, and driving execution through clear milestones. Building strong partnerships with cross-domain and cross-functional stakeholders and influencing their decisions will also be central to the role. This is the founding product management role in Foundation. You'll own how the product process gets built and scaled here, from discovery and requirements through stakeholder input, prioritisation and go-to-market.

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, Stores to define and drive the commercial strategy for Bolt Food's Stores vertical in Poland. Bolt Food's Stores vertical covers everything outside of restaurants: grocery, essentials, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, beauty, electronics, and more. As Team Lead, you will own the growth and performance of the business in Poland, leading commercial expansion across grocery chains and retail categories while building and developing a high-performing team. Main tasks and responsibilities: Performance Tracking & Planning: Monitor and track the business performance of cities within your region. Identify performance risks early and suggest corrective actions based on data. Marketplace Optimization: Develop analytical models to optimize marketplace health. Suggest and implement price changes, budget allocations, and competition defense mechanisms to maintain market position. Rider Growth: Lead the Rider domain with the primary objective of growing rider activity. Develop local programs to unlock new rider segments and expand Bolt's use cases beyond standard ride-hailing. The CEO & Founders' Office is a small, high-performing team working directly with Bolt's CEO and Management Team on the company's highest-priority topics. The team leads company-wide strategic planning and business performance reviews, strengthens the operating systems behind them, and supports critical strategic projects and urgent business challenges. As the Strategy and AI Lead , you will sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and AI - owning high-impact workstreams that translate ambiguous executive questions into clear decisions, scalable frameworks, and measurable outcomes. This is not a traditional analytical or reporting role. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join Bolt’s Groceries team and support the continued growth of our grocery vertical and dark-store operations. In this role, you will coordinate purchasing activities across three markets — Estonia, Romania and Poland — working closely with each country’s Supply Chain Specialist, local suppliers and HQ teams to maintain strong product availability across our stores. This is a hands-on operational role where accuracy, organisation and timely follow-up are essential. You will manage purchase orders, monitor fulfilment and supplier performance, help resolve delivery and invoice issues, and support performance analysis and forecasting adjustments. You should be comfortable managing several priorities simultaneously, communicating with stakeholders across different markets and taking ownership of issues until they are resolved. The role follows a hybrid working setup, with required working hours from 8:00 to 16:00, and reports to the Country Supply Chain Manager.

Bolt is building a commercial L4 autonomous ride-hailing service in Europe. The programme spans multiple simultaneous workstreams — ADS technology partnerships, vehicle homologation, fleet infrastructure, regulatory approvals, and mobility platform integration — across multiple European markets starting with Luxembourg. This role exists because moving fast across all of those workstreams simultaneously, while keeping every partner aligned, every regulatory dependency visible, and every documented commitment honoured, requires a distinct person whose primary output is programme coherence. Not slides. Not strategy decks. Actual forward motion, recorded, traceable, and accelerating. The Technical Programme Manager is the connective tissue of the AV deployment programme. You sit between the Head of Product & Deployment, the ADS technology partners, the vehicle OEMs, the regulatory authorities, and the internal engineering and operations teams — translating technical complexity into clear decisions, clear accountabilities, and clear written records that the programme can build on.

We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to help support Bolt’s growth through strong treasury operations, effective risk management and scalable financial processes. You’ll lead key activities across safeguarding, liquidity management and cash flow forecasting, while continuously improving the systems and processes behind them. Treasury sits within Corporate Finance, alongside Debt Capital Markets, Investor Relations and M&A. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you’ll work closely with teams across Corporate Finance, Tax, Core Finance, Commerce, Engineering and Legal, as well as international financial institutions. Your tasks include relocating vehicles, refueling, charging, checking for damage, and ensuring each car has the necessary equipment. Your role is essential in keeping the fleet available and running smoothly. Please note this is a full-time position that pays 1699 EUR gross monthly, plus a night-time bonus.

As a Vehicle Specialist, you’ll keep our Bolt Drive cars in top shape for customers. Your tasks include relocating vehicles, refueling, charging, checking for damages, and ensuring each car has the necessary equipment. Your role is essential in keeping the fleet available and running smoothly.

As a Vehicles Specialist, you will be responsible for taking over all fleet daily operations (including cleaning, relocation, refuelling the cars and diagnosing damages). This is a very important job, as we are responsible for the safety of our fleet's users. Once checked, if the fleet needs additional diagnosing you will need to deliver vehicles to services for repair or maintenance.
