We’re looking for a motivated Senior Analyst, Driver Growth to join our Bolt Rides team. As part of the Driver Growth domain, you’ll support sustainable supply growth and driver retention initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of our Rides marketplace. The role combines driver engagement, operational execution, process improvement, relationship management, and supporting initiatives that help more drivers join Bolt and stay with us. As a Senior Backend Software Engineer based in Tallinn, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and deploying Bolt's growing backend systems, mostly via coding in Node.js and TypeScript (no prior Node.js experience needed). You'll work on unique product challenges including complex algorithms for demand prediction, optimal real-time pricing, routing, fraud detection, and distributed systems, collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders to scalably design backend systems and APIs.

Bolt Ads operates across two verticals, Merchant Ads and Brand Ads, and every strategic decision, from country prioritisation to pricing models, depends on rigorous analysis that turns commercial ambiguity into clear action. You won't just produce insights; you'll drive the decisions and execution that follow. This means owning revenue forecasting, setting targets across markets, identifying opportunities before anyone asks, and being the go-to analytical partner for commercial and technical stakeholders alike.

Own the operational excellence of non-standard categories, support category expansion and operations while we scale our portfolio across multiple markets (e.g. scale the launch of Wait&Save, Priority, XL, Premium, Little Bolt, Bolt Send, Shuttle, Guardian, etc.) Translate business needs into clear processes and playbooks, partner with Local Ops and cross functional teams, and drive measurable improvements in reliability, adoption and unit economics. We’re looking for a senior legal/compliance professional to be part of our Commerce Compliance team. Your initial focus will be the home screen and other personalised screens: which categories and carousels each customer sees, in what order, and what appears within them. You will also shape how the full surface is optimised, balancing customer relevance against business objectives and guardrails, and contribute to recommendations elsewhere in the customer journey. This is a highly applied role where you will work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to take ideas from research and offline evaluation to online experiments and production systems used by millions of customers.

You will work on the pricing engine that optimises both customer prices and courier earnings to improve overall marketplace efficiency. This includes building automated exploration pipelines, estimating price elasticities, and solving optimisation problems. You'll apply predictive modelling and causal inference to measure the impact of pricing changes and guide strategy. Your work will directly influence marketplace balance, growth, and user experience
