We're looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to take ownership of the incentives experience across the Rides rider and driver apps. Your main goal will be to evolve and scale how we communicate campaigns, promos, and Bolt Plus benefits end-to-end, from pre-order discovery through post-ride moments. You will ensure that incentives are perceived as clear, consistent, and motivating across a two-sided marketplace with complex business logic.
