At Bolt, every ride order flows through our matching system. The quality of each allocation shapes platform-wide outcomes, affecting how quickly riders are picked up, how efficiently drivers earn, and how well we manage supply and demand across dozens of markets. We are evolving our matching stack from a heuristic-based dispatch system toward a context-aware, probability-based allocation engine powered by machine learning and reinforcement learning. As Principal Product Manager, you will own this transition end to end. You will define the roadmap, build a cross-functional pod of engineers, data scientists, and specialists, and be accountable for both the performance of the existing system and the delivery of the next generation. This is a deeply technical role that also requires clear, precise communication with senior stakeholders. You will own the interface between matching and pricing, coordinate experiment rollout across markets, and set the direction for how Bolt allocates supply at scale.

We are building an advertising and monetization platform that enables merchants and brands to reach customers through sponsored listings, banners, and targeted promotions across Bolt Food. As a Backend Engineer, you will drive the development of the core systems powering Ads — from building scalable services for ad serving, bidding, and pricing, to integrating sponsored content into our existing ranking and delivery infrastructure. You'll design and implement high-performance APIs, real-time decision systems, and data pipelines that ensure ads are relevant, efficient, and seamlessly embedded into the user experience. This is a foundational role: you'll be one of the early engineers shaping the Ads & Monetization platform, working closely with Product, Data Science, and other Engineering teams to define architecture, establish best practices, and build systems that scale with the business.

You'll join the Delivery Merchant engineering group alongside software engineers, product managers, and data scientists who build the systems our merchant partners depend on. Your mission is to make our ML-powered catalogue automation substantially better by raising model quality, hardening services into reliable production systems, and extending into new areas like agentic catalogue workflows and merchant scoring. There's also a significant frontier here. Today we rely heavily on third-party API models. You'll help drive our transition to fine-tuned open-weight models we own and serve ourselves, giving us better economics, lower latency, and more control. This is early-stage, high-leverage work where you'll shape the technical direction. This is a hybrid, end-to-end role. You'll work from ambiguous business problems through offline evaluation, online experiments, and production systems, and you'll stay accountable for the outcomes.

At Bolt, Product Analysts are embedded directly into product teams, partnering with Product, Engineering and Data Science to identify opportunities, shape decisions and measure impact. In the Platform Product group , we support products and capabilities that are built once centrally and used across Bolt. Within the Platform group, Geo domain builds the location intelligence behind how people and goods move — including routing, ETAs, search, maps, live traffic and navigation. One of Geo’s biggest bets is Bolt Navigation , our in-house turn-by-turn navigation experience built directly into the Bolt Driver app. We’re creating navigation around the specific needs of drivers today, with the potential to serve couriers and other Bolt use cases in the future. As a Senior Product Analyst in the Geo domain , you’ll work on some of our most complex product analytics problems. What makes a route good? Why do drivers follow or deviate from a suggested route? Which real-world signals from drivers can improve our maps? And how do small improvements to a journey translate into marketplace impact at Bolt’s scale? You’ll be a thought partner to Product Managers, Engineers and Data Scientists — helping the team understand users, define success, discover opportunities, design experiments and decide what to build next.
