We are looking for a passionate Stores Account Manager to drive our business, developing, managing and growing our partner retailers in Latvia. Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role ranges from 2,500 € to 3,500 € and will depend on your skills, knowledge, and experience. As a Stores Account Manager you will have a clear understanding of our key business goals and actively manage our partners to generate long-term value for them and the platform. In addition you also have to be a strong team player and willing to do things outside of the day-to-day work activities - driving local execution of our global projects through collaboration with the Stores team in managing business priorities.

The Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Bolt Drive's fleet in Latvia. The role ensures that vehicles are available, safe, clean, and well maintained, delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting business growth. Working closely with the Operations Manager, external service partners, and cross-functional teams, you'll help maximize fleet availability, improve operational efficiency, control costs, and continuously optimize processes. This is a hands-on operational role where ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving are key to success. The gross annual salary for this role ranges from €23,000 to €29,000, depending on your skills, experience, and qualifications.

As a Vehicles Specialist, you will be responsible for taking over all fleet daily operations (including cleaning, relocation, refuelling the cars and diagnosing damages). This is a very important job, as we are responsible for the safety of our fleet's users. Once checked, if the fleet needs additional diagnosing you will need to deliver vehicles to services for repair or maintenance. Please note that the gross monthly salary for this position is 1.250€.
