Bolt for Business is building its first AI Hub — a new function inside the commercial organisation, focused entirely on shipping AI and automation systems that make our Sales and Account Management teams faster and more effective across 50+ markets. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. No people management, no inherited roadmap. You’ll scope problems, build solutions, and own them through to measurable results. You’ll be one of the first people into this function, which means genuine influence over how it takes shape: the tools, the standards, and the way AI gets embedded across the commercial operation. You’ll report to the AI and Automation Lead and work directly with Sales and Account Management to turn real operational problems into working systems.

Bolt is building the infrastructure for Autonomous Mobility across Europe - one of the first opportunities in the world to deploy physical AI at scale on public roads. The Growth & BD team closes the strategic partnerships that define our commercial position in new markets and make that deployment possible. We are hiring a BD & Growth Ops Manager to drive the execution layer of this function - modelling, program management, partner ops, and analytics. As the Senior FP&A Lead — Planning & Modeling, you'll be one of the first dedicated planning professionals within the Micromobility business. The function is being built from the ground up — with Bolt Group's data infrastructure and institutional knowledge as a foundation, but with the full complexity of a standalone vertical to manage. You'll own financial planning, scenario modeling, and business steering simultaneously. The forecast is the steering tool. The numbers are how the business is run. Your measure of success is the quality of decisions the business makes with your financial framing.
