As Regional Sales Manager , you'll lead up to 8 country-based sales teams, owning the strategy and execution behind how businesses of all sizes manage employee mobility and ground transportation. This isn't just team management — it's building and scaling a B2B sales engine across multiple markets, with real autonomy to shape how we win. Please note that this role can be based in one of the following locations: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, or Germany.

We are looking for a Business Development and Partnership Strategy Specialist to assist the Head of Commercialization and Strategic Partnerships with well-structured, decision-ready work to support Product and Systems development, as well as go-to-market strategy and execution. You will work at the forefront of physical AI and autonomous vehicle technology, helping bring ambitious products and partnerships from concept to real-world deployment at scale. The work is commercially meaningful, highly visible and hands-on, with close collaboration across senior stakeholders and external partners. This is an opportunity to build strong commercial judgment while helping shape how autonomous mobility is launched across Europe.

Lead Bolt Rides in Sweden: own the P&L, take share from a strong incumbent across Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, build the team, and be Bolt’s face to regulators and media. Fluent Swedish needed.

Your responsibility is to keep cities clutter-free and organised by distributing our e-scooters across the city. You’ll ensure that e-scooters are sufficiently charged and safe to ride. You’ll also be in charge of rebalancing lost scooters and delivering broken scooters back to the warehouse for repair. We aim to provide customers with a top-notch transport experience, and your dedication to maintaining high safety standards will help us achieve this. Main tasks and responsibilities: Driving our vans to collect and deploy e-scooters or swap batteries. Ensuring e-scooters are parked neatly and keep streets or sidewalks free. Searching for lost e-scooters, checking their condition, and either returning them to the warehouse or making them available in the city. Performing minor repairs directly on the street to increase the availability of our fleet. Assisting the Operations team in the warehouse whenever it’s needed.

We are looking for a PR Manager to lead public relations across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Iceland. In this role, you will develop and implement Bolt’s regional media strategy, coordinate media activity across the Nordics, and act as a key point of contact for the press, partners, and stakeholders.
