We are looking for a Business Development and Partnership Strategy Specialist to assist the Head of Commercialization and Strategic Partnerships with well-structured, decision-ready work to support Product and Systems development, as well as go-to-market strategy and execution. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Driver Progression team in Tallinn. Your team will be responsible for guiding drivers through our systems to get the most out of their partnership with Bolt. The team's focus is mobile frontend-heavy, including critical flows such as the Loyalty Program, Earnings, and Profile. You will see the impact of the improvements quickly, which will allow you to flexibly build the roadmap.

As Head of Information Security, you will own Bolt's Group-wide Information Security Management System (ISMS) and lead our information security programme across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical depth with strategic ownership, where you'll drive security standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management while leading a team of around 20 specialists across Product Security, Internal Security, Cloud Security, and Security Compliance.

In this role, you will drive assigned routes in the city, observe the vehicle and its equipment, and report issues or anomalies. You will also help us build a reliable foundation for future operations. This is a part-time job of 24 hours per week: 8 hours on Saturdays, 8 hours on Sundays and 8 hours during one week-day.

As a Safety Operator (Driver) you are the human guardian of every autonomous test drive. You sit in the driver's seat of our self-driving vehicles, monitor the autonomous system continuously, take over manual control the instant it is needed, and give engineers the precise, structured feedback that makes the technology safer. Safety is the first and last consideration in everything you do.

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer based in Tallinn, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and deploying Bolt's growing backend systems, mostly via coding in Node.js and TypeScript (no prior Node.js experience needed). You'll work on unique product challenges including complex algorithms for demand prediction, optimal real-time pricing, routing, fraud detection, and distributed systems, collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders to scalably design backend systems and APIs.

Data Platform Compute builds and runs the compute layer that every data practitioner at Bolt depends on. If someone at Bolt schedules a pipeline, opens a notebook, trains a model, or runs an experiment, they are running on infrastructure we own. We operate platform-as-a-product: our customers are internal, our measure of success is developer productivity and time-to-insight across the data organisation, and the best outcome is teams shipping at speed without ever needing to talk to us.

You will work on the core systems that help customers find the right restaurants, stores, dishes, and items across Bolt Food. Your initial focus will be the home screen and other personalised screens: which categories and carousels each customer sees, in what order, and what appears within them. You will also shape how the full surface is optimised, balancing customer relevance against business objectives and guardrails, and contribute to recommendations elsewhere in the customer journey. This is a highly applied role where you will work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to take ideas from research and offline evaluation to online experiments and production systems used by millions of customers.

You will work on the pricing engine that optimises both customer prices and courier earnings to improve overall marketplace efficiency. This includes building automated exploration pipelines, estimating price elasticities, and solving optimisation problems. You'll apply predictive modelling and causal inference to measure the impact of pricing changes and guide strategy. Your work will directly influence marketplace balance, growth, and user experience

Your work will help riders find available vehicles, improve fleet utilization, reduce operational costs, and keep pavements accessible.

You’ll work with a cutting-edge distributed database stack in a high-load, high-data-volume environment, tackling complex challenges at scale and building highly reliable and scalable systems. With the team’s foundational role across Bolt, your work will have a direct, company-wide impact on the products and services we build and operate.
