The Sales Specialist is a pivotal role within our sales department, instrumental in acquiring large volume of restaurants & stores for the Bolt Food platform. The role focuses on outbound outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that are a good fit for the platform. The day-to-day activities involve lead qualification, outbound sales calls, face-to-face meetings, and occasional travel to other cities in the Czech Republic. You’ll drive our sales growth, reach out to potential partners, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.

Bolt Food's Ads business spans Merchant Ads and Brand Ads across 16 markets, serving restaurants, stores, CPG brands, and agencies. As we scale ad spend on the platform, advertisers need a dedicated success layer to launch, optimise, and grow their campaigns with confidence. As Senior Advertiser Operations Analyst, you will be the technical counterpart to local Account Managers selling Merchant Ads and to the central commercial team running Brand Ads. You will own campaign set-up and execution, manage the ad operations behind the scenes, and deploy analytical craft to drive advertiser retention, optimisation, and growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Ads Operations, you will work alongside Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Design to remove friction from the advertiser journey, feed insight into the roadmap, and run the operational backstop that keeps the ads business running cleanly across 16 markets.

Join Bolt as a Senior AI/Agent Engineer to build production AI agents that take real action across our People systems. This is a newly formed team, so you'll be setting the patterns rather than inheriting them. You'll transform complex processes spanning HRIS, ATS, performance, payroll, goals, learning, and data systems into safe, scalable, and reliable workflows. Your work will reduce manual effort and make critical People processes faster, more reliable, and easier to scale. As the Senior Engineer on the agentic side of the team, you'll own systems end to end — from solution design through evaluation, reliability, and production operation — and set the patterns the rest of the team builds on. You'll work closely with Integration and Analytics Engineers to define the tool contracts and data requirements your agents depend on, while mentoring engineers and contributing strong engineering patterns. As these systems handle sensitive employee data and employment-related processes, you'll apply a particularly high bar for correctness, auditability, safety, and human oversight.

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Analyst, Driver Growth to join our Bolt Rides team. As part of the Driver Growth domain, you’ll support sustainable supply growth and driver retention initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of our Rides marketplace. The role combines driver engagement, operational execution, process improvement, relationship management, and supporting initiatives that help more drivers join Bolt and stay with us. This role is a good match for you if you’re a driven, analytical and hands-on individual with strong operational experience and a practical approach to problem-solving.
