You will own end-to-end automation performance for a defined vertical and persona at Bolt, taking accountability for how effectively Bolt's AI support agent resolves customer issues. Your focus will be on continuously improving Automation Resolution Rate by identifying why automations fail and turning those insights into measurable improvements. Working at the intersection of AI systems and operations, you will define what effective resolution looks like, build and maintain the routines that guide Alfred's responses, and improve the quality of the knowledge and data available to the AI. We are looking for a Retail Media Sales Senior Manager to build and lead the global sales engine that will get us there. From day one, you are the senior commercial owner of Brand Ads: you carry a personal portfolio of strategic accounts, lead a small founding team across global and local layers, and shape the regional sellers we will hire as revenue scales. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Ads and Monetisation, you will define the commercial strategy across 16 countries, codify the founding playbook, and partner with Product to commercialise new ad formats and features.
