As a Growth Analytics Manager in the Delivery team, you will lead a small team of Growth Analysts while owning incentive spending strategy for Eater and Merchant campaigns across your markets. You'll drive marketplace success by combining hands-on analytics with strong leadership, ensuring smart, data-backed decisions that maximise ROI and achieve higher growth at a lower cost. You will work closely with General Managers, Account Management, Operations, and local teams to turn insights into action.
