The Central Operations Specialist – Efficiency owns automation configuration and performance management across assigned markets. The role ensures automation configurations are correctly implemented and maintained, and — critically — traces performance issues to their true root cause, distinguishing genuine config errors from upstream product, compliance or data gaps. The Specialist acts as the market expert, analysing automation metrics to identify issues, independently deciding on mitigation, and ensuring regular visibility across local and central teams.
