As we gradually launch Bolt Rewards, only a select group of drivers may currently see it in their app. Don’t worry — it’ll be available to all drivers soon!

How does Bolt Rewards work?

Drivers unlock rewards by earning points for completed rides. The more rides drivers complete, the better the rewards. All drivers on the Bolt platform qualify for Bolt Rewards and have a clear overview of their progress, tier and perks.

You have a whole month to collect enough points to qualify for the new Bolt reward tier, and you can enjoy the benefits from the moment you unlock them until the end of next month.

You’ll earn points with each regular trip and reward points for peak-hour rides.
Bolt Rewards is also completely transparent!

You can view all the benefits of your current tier in the Bolt Driver app to understand your targets.

Bolt Rewards makes it easy to track your progress right from the Bolt driver app’s home screen, helping you reach your goals.

How do I earn Bolt Rewards points?

You’ll automatically join Bolt Rewards and acquire points for finished rides. The Bolt driver app’s main screen shows your point count and current tier.

When do points reset?

All Bolt Rewards points reset on the first day of every month.

How long is my tier valid for?

Your Bolt Rewards tier remains unlocked from when you achieve it until the end of the following month.

How do I maintain my Bolt Rewards level?

Earning the necessary monthly points will maintain your tier and its benefits. Each tier requires a different number of points.

How do I level up on Bolt Rewards?

Meet the requirements shown in the app for each tier.

What are peak hours?

Peak hours are times when demand for rides is at its highest, such as rush hours, weekend nights, and around special events. You will earn additional Bolt Reward points for peak-hour rides.

The rewards are offered by third parties and may vary in countries/regions.

How to Redeem Discounts

To redeem these exclusive discounts, follow these general steps:

Open the Bolt Rewards Feature in your Driver App,
Locate the specific offer for the vendor you're visiting,
Swipe to claim the Offer,
Show your driver tier and applicable discount to the staff at the location.

Some vendors may require additional steps, such as booking appointments online or mentioning your Bolt Reward eligibility when making a reservation. Always check the specific redemption instructions for each offer.
